Studied under the tutelage of her friend and mentor, Larysa Kuzmenko, composition and piano performance. Angela began teaching music professionally in 1989. After coaching students with the Merriam School of Music for 5 years as a "Music Education Specialist" she decided to return to Carswell's in Sept. 2004.

"Carswell's is the only school I have found that incorporates all aspects of music within its curriculum, providing a solid foundation for all music students, and still keeps the fun and magic of music alive!"

In addition, Angela performed in a rock/alternative band for 3 years, performs wedding ceremonies and funerals, and volunteers for Orchestra Toronto.

She is currently the organist/pianist for Lakeview Baptist Church.
